Shipping and handling policy
1. We will ship the item to your address shown in your eCRATER account.
2. Please make sure your shipping address and Zip code is correct and up to date.
3. The package will be shipped directly from factory.
4. Oder will ship within 1- 4 days after payment has been cleared.
5. All items will be checked and packed properly before send the parcel.
6. Additional charges such as import duties, Taxes … are not include in the item price . These charges are Buyer’s responsibility.
7. Please check with your country’s custom to determine what these additional cost.
